Where do you ship?
I currently only ship within Finland in my online shop. Please contact me by email to enquire about international shipping <3
I offer a workaround for UK orders through Etsy.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically the processing time for orders is 1-4 business days until I ship them. In addition, shipping takes time.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
I ship all orders within Finland (except ones that fit in envelopes) with tracked shipping.
What do you package with?
My jewelry boxes are made from FSC-certified cardboard, which means the wood is sourced from a forest and supply chain that is managed responsibly and sustainably.
My tissue paper is FSC-certified and acid-free paper and printed with soy-based inks.
The cardboard envelopes are recyclable.
Any bubble wrap I use to pack delicate items is reused.
What materials do you use?
All wooden jewelry is made from PEFC & FSC certified sustainably sourced Finnish birch plywood.
All metal parts for jewelry are stainless steel, in other words surgical steel. This is safe for most people with nickel allergies.
Wooden trays are made from birch in Pieksämäki, Finland.
Kitchen towels are cotton and linen.

1. Usage Instructions
Jewelry and accessories are intended exclusively as an item to be worn on or around the body. Decorative objects are only suitable for decorative purposes. Both jewelry and accessories are not intended for consumption, contact with food, or as toys.
2. Hazard Information for Jewelry and accessories
Some products contain small parts (e.g., clasps, small jewelry parts, pendants, etc.). Keep away from small children to avoid choking and strangulation hazards. Jewelry pieces intended for skin contact are made of stainless steel, a skin-friendly material that typically does not cause skin irritation. However, if unusual reactions such as redness, itching, or rashes occur, it is recommended to remove the jewelry immediately and consult a doctor if necessary.
3. Care and Maintenance
Clean wooden jewelry gently with a damp cloth, do not wash in water. Kitchen trays can be washed by hand with dish soap or in a dishwasher. Wash kitchen towels in 60 °C.

5. Storage and Care
Store your products in a dry, moderate environment and avoid direct sunlight to prevent damage to the color or material structure. Keep it in a jewelry pouch or box to avoid scratches and damage.
6. Avoidance of Chemicals
Contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning agents, or lotions can damage the material of the jewelry and alter its color. Remove the jewelry before using such products.
Bleach or other strong chemicals can harm the kitchen towels.
7. Disposal
Dispose of the products according to local regulations. Sort materials by type and dispose of non-separable materials through regular household waste. Products that are still in good condition are recommended to be reused or donated to secondhand stores.

Our products comply with applicable European safety standards and are manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and the Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC (GPSR).
