Where do you ship?

I ship internationally, but there are some exceptions which are updated here. At the moment I’m unable to ship to:

Inside Europe: Southern areas of France, the United Kingdom.

Outside Europe: Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Equador, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Israel, Laos, Lesotho, Montserrat, Papua New Guinea, North Korea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Russia, Saint Lucia, Seychelles, São Tomé and Príncipe, Southern and arctic areas of France, South Sudan, Syria, Swaziland, Tristan da Cunha, and Yemen.

I offer a workaround for UK orders through Etsy.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically the processing time for orders is 3-5 business days until I ship them. In addition, shipping takes time.
A rough shipping estimate is:

Within Finland: 2-5 days.

Within Europe: 1-4 weeks.

Outside Europe: 2-8 weeks.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

I ship all orders within Finland (except ones that fit in envelopes) with tracked shipping. If you are abroad and really want tracked shipping for your order, please contact me and we can sort one out for you.

What do you package with?

All my clear sleeves are biodegradable and made with cornstarch.

My jewelry boxes are made from FSC-certified cardboard, which means the wood is sourced from a forest and supply chain that is managed responsibly and sustainably.

My tissue paper is FSC-certified and acid-free paper and printed with soy-based inks.

The cardboard envelopes are recyclable.

Any bubble wrap I use to pack delicate items is reused, not purchased.
